Grilling Sampler  $40.00
Any time is grilling time at the Dales.  A little something for everyone.
  • Approximately 2 pounds of sirloin

  • 2 pounds all beef hot dogs

Steak Sampler $65.00
  • 1 pack ribeyes - 2 steaks, 1.4-1.5 pounds
  • 1 pack t-bones - 2 steaks, about 1.75 pounds
  • 1 pack sirloin - 1 large steak, about 1.7 pounds
  • Sirloin tip steak (also called tri-tip steak) - about 2.5 pounds
Add on a pack of fillets (2 steaks, .8 to 1.0 pounds) for an additional $15.

Beef Bundle  $240.00
50 pounds of our most popular cuts. Retails for approximately $275.

Whole, Half and Quarter Sides of Beef            $1.10/pound, plus freight. Customer is responsible for processing fees. For more information go to FAQs page,

Delivery Fee: 

Beginning February 1, 2010, we will be charging a nominal delivery fee. 
  • If we pack up meat to take it somewhere off the farm, there is a $5 fee.
  • If we deliver the meat to your door (as opposed to a site convenient to us), there will be an additional $10 fee.
  • Delivery is available for quarters, halves, and wholes but the fee varies depending on the distance traveled.
